What security does our website offer?

The technical and organizational security measures we use serve the purpose of protecting the data that you voluntarily provide us against unconscious or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Trei Real Estate GmbH (Trei) is constantly developing and improving security measures in line with technological developments.

Prospective tenant

When you contact us (using our prospective tenant) your data is stored and used for the purpose of processing. For this purpose, only the entries necessary for processing are mandatory fields (last name, first name, email address, selection of property); any further details you provide are voluntary. Your data is stored for the duration of the processing and deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled, taking into account legal retention periods.

How is your personal data processed (cookies)?

When you visit our website, no personal data is collected from you. Specific data is evaluated and stored on our web server each time you visit our website, but only for statistical surveys and to guarantee the security and stability of the system.

For technical reasons, your Internet browser automatically transmits data to our web server when you access our website. This includes the date and time of access, the URL of the referring website, accessed files, amount of data sent, browser type and version, operating system and your IP address. This data is stored separately from other data that you enter when using our website. It is not possible for us to assign this data to a specific person.

Use of Google AdWords

For our online offering we use the Google service "Google AdWords", and in this context the so-called "Google Conversion Tracking". "Google Conversion Tracking" sets a cookie for conversion tracking when you click on an AdWords ad; the relevant cookies for "Google Conversion Tracking" are only valid for a limited time. If you select certain pages of our online offering, Google and we can recognize on the basis of the abovementioned cookie that you have clicked on an appropriate advertisement and have been forwarded to our online offering.
